Agree mostly with this. However, Moore from Shaker has been consistently under 16:10 the past few weeks and Keating has mostly been in 16:20s except for 2 races where he had a 16:10.

I dont understand it. If you are healthy you should run. I know kids have conflicts like college visits and ACT/SAT. But coaches should schedule meets for their team every week.

Rain can affect the course. There are 2 parts in the woods that can be slow if it is muddy. Also, it will be slower on some of the hills and the sharp turns.
