I thought it was interesting that there is only one Columbus area champ (and no finalists). The boys list was 9/18 Columbus teams.

This site says CUP North '07 beat TFA in the final.

The teams seemed very diluted this year, with some newcomers in the mix. Guess DA and OE have really changed the landscape......

CDA is a combination of the old KHA Red and CUP Gold teams. So, both clubs can claim that they still are dominating State Cup results, with the exception of a couple of age groups.

I think it’s surprising to see Warren County so high in the mix. Also surprising that CDA didnt win ALL of the age-groups.

That's not the top CDA team, is it?

Yeah, I saw that CUP tweeted that the site initially reported it incorrectly.

If I am right I believe most of KHA plays in the Kentucky State Cup so not sure KHA has ever claimed many Ohio State Cup wins.

Typically KHA has played in the State Cup where the majority of their players reside. My daughters KHA team was split about evenly (Oh/Ky) most years. I think as KHA they played in Ohio 3 yrs and KY 3yrs. They won Ohio south twice and Ky twice (Going from memory)

WCSA is doing some good things. They have some very competitive teams and one with several D 1 and D 2 commits in the 2000s. It shows there are other clubs in the area with top talent other than CUP and OE.

TFA is doing some nice things also.
