Unsure how this is not on Yappi yet. Huge impact on the National scene and Nike qualifications.

Centerville girls team beats national powerhouse Carmel by 4 points at the Trinity Invite.

Very hot on this course of 106 degree heat index. Less than ideal temps.
5000 runners from 10 states at this national meet.

Don't forget about Maddie Walker. Was tops in the city of Cincinnati last year for Amelia. Now runs for West Clermont since Amelia and Glen Este combined. Ran a 17:42 last year at State and won the Mason Invitational against Taylor Ewert and Samantha Bush. Was 5th at Trinity this year.

You are right, she is very good. I think that most people don't know about the name change. Most people I've talked to think that West Clermont is from Indiana.

It was definitely hot down there in Louisville, especially for the open races that were later on. Some VERY slow times for some of those open runners on what I would call a very fair course. Even for the seeded races though, it was beginning to get hot and the humidity was a factor. It's a nice meet they put on down there though.

And Lebanon's other Freshman, Hope Erbach who returns from injury next week that runs just behind Duncan. That would have made 7 in the top 10.
