    Also I didn't know that Timken Vocational School students were active in supporting the troops during World War II. They made ball bearings in facility across from the school.

    How did the Timken family become such a big name in Stark County and worldwide? This article describes the history.

    The Canton Lehman High School Association remains active today and even awards annual scholarships. Here are photos related to their first game in Fawcett Stadium in 1938.
