What are peoples practice schedules like?

I know at eds they usually have practice in the morning (6:00-7:30) and always at night (3:00-6:00)

Well STX has at least one practice everyday (except Christmas)..normally 2-a-days except in the case of like sub holidays...but there's always like a 6-10 practice and then a 2-4/4.30 practice. Unless this has changed but this is how wonderful swimming was for me...OH YAH
