Why do some schools play SWOHSHL and some play CAHA? C'ville has teams in both. Is it a budgeting issue? Are there differences between level of play? What does a player do if he attends a school with no team? Can he try out for a SWOHSHL team or must he be placed in the CAHA pool?

CAHA has a highschool club league while SWOHSHL is a varsity sport. Centerville and Moeller both have varsity teams and Club teams. Moeller and Centerville play in the CAHA club league. While Centervilles' Varsity team plays in SWOHSHL, and Moellers' Varsity team plays in the CHC. These leagues are divided up do to skill level, and schools not wanting to declare their hockey team as a varsity sport. A kid who goes to a school without a team can play for any CAHA club team i believe.
