Springfield @ Ellet week 1

Any thoughts? Predictions? heres mine.

Springfield wins, they have the tools on offense to put points up, its the inconsistancy we saw last week on defense that worries me a bit but I feel the Spartans will just be too much for the Orangemen this year.

yes it is we just sent a fresh batch of 7 year old boys to live with a wolf pack to toughen them up but they will be back by next football season.

Moggy was talented and crisp looking and hopefully gave the Spartans the wake up call that most teams need every year at some point... its better to happen in a scrimmage than in a game that your season hopes are riding on or that the SHOE is riding on!
I'm thinking you are right on this one Polster but I know little about Ellet this year and dont want to see them go out and be flat like I saw last friday it was not horrible just not what I expected from this talented team. if you are from Sparta and cant get yourself up for Springfield vs. Ellet you may need CPR.

I wanna see the frosh get some time, so I am hoping for a blowout. The way I seen Ellet play Barberton I think our frosh team will handle them, But on the other hand the way our Varsity played Moggy, Ellet may of just been in the same slump we were in.

close game very close........ hmmmmm great performances from the backfield and o-line... defense was bending but did a good job of not breaking but they were on the field way too much... #23 from ellet singlehandedly kept them in the game..
