If the levy passes, what schools get torn down?

If they are going to house what 6th grade through 12th in the new facility, I would say keep Springhill and Schrop for the early grade schools. No sense making parents drive all the way across the district for the early years. There would be one on each side. Then close down Young and Roosevelt and have the new school complex for the rest. You have 3 building complexes open instead of 5. Depending on the number of students in the younger ages you could go with one school. I dont know the numbers. Schrop would be a good one to keep open if that was the case. Its more accessible and dont we still own the old Boyer School next to it if needed.

The new HS will be 7 through 12. Roosevelt is one of the oldest schools in the district and will be closed down for Issue 12 passes.
Schrop will not be closed or sold if thats what you're getting at Polster. I've already spoken with the Superintendant and he assured me Schrop is staying.

Im looking for some actual facts. The final outcome. The steps that are gonna take us to the final goal after the levy passes.
Examples; who goes to what school. Does schrop become K-6 or k-3. Does young become k-3. What school can house more students.

If it fails today, they will leave. Today is the day of hope for most of these kids.

All they can do is hope. I went to the voting booth today and seen At least 6 seniors ride together to vote. That was cool.

thats probably 6 no votes.... blue hairs have no interest in bettering the school system in Springfield thats a fact see the last dozen failed operating levys for proof. they still want to biatch about the pool being made 2 small 30 years ago, most of the people responsable for that fiasco are gone R.I.P... I do have a gut feeling that it will be closer than ever before which would be a good sign if its not then
I hope for the best for my Spartans...

I've been looking for a Schedule, but they seem to be dragging their feet of getting it out. You saw that for sure? Sweet. Better save up my vacation days.
Still looking for WR's for Sundays, don't forget. Get your lazy arses out of bed and come run some routes. Pulled my hammy pretty good last week on the slick turf.

I really think they have enough strength to compete for some sort of role.
