Polster I am not being negative by any means. But, all the plays I saw this year, that's the best ones they could put on a video for him. But, not to worry he will have 2 more years of highlights to have on video. Cant wait for more.

Wow...no offense, but I agree. Lots of 5-6 yard gains. I've never seen the kid play, but based on that video he is unimpressive to say the least. My advice is to get rid of that video ASAP and put something else together. I'm sure he is MUCH better than what's portrayed in this video. Just my opinion.

This was week one against Ellet. Remember the lightning that night? They played the second half on Saturday. I have the rest of his videos going together this week. I am not a pro so it takes time. Yea this is his first Varsity game and it only gets better as the weeks go on.

That explains the different uniforms...I thought that maybe he didn't get many varsity carries the first week so he played some JV too. Should have figured it was a lightning delayed game with how frequent that happens anymore.

Polster make sure you put some of those kick returns in the next one. He is one ---- of a kick returner. Sets up behind the blockers well and doesnt rush up the field. Shows his patience and maturity to trust the play and blocking.

Very impressive. It highlights his speed, north-south running and ability to make moves. I don't think recruiters care much about music, but it does sound good for the casual "dad" viewer (although I prefer metallica myself!).

His ability to "make people miss' is what impresses me most. He has a feel for setting tacklers up and only allowing hands to get to him. Great vision and will only get better. I said this years back and I'll say it again, sky is the limit for him. If he keeps his head on straight, continues to work hard, he will have many choices to which college to attend, if he so chooses.

He is a great kid and a great kid to coach and is the kind a player you want to give the ball too in clutch situations. Very determined and focused on the field.

If he makes the weight room his best friend i can see him at 5'9 185/190 by his senior year and if he puts on that kind of strength with his speed and vision he will break every rushing record in SHS's history..

I saw KV last night. They are doing the Central Michigan wrestling workout right now. That is a tough workout if you are not familiar with it. They will get stronger for next year doing that. They arent resting on their laurels or arrogant about anything. They are still hungary with something to prove. At least thats how it seems looking at them.

Much better than the first one, but I would still remove a couple of things.

First of all, the play where he drops the screen pass and then picks it up and runs for about 15 yards. Get rid of that.

And there are way to many plays of just simple dive and off tackle runs where he gains 5-10 yards and then gets gang tackled.

In a highlight film, especially for recruiters, we want to see speed, power, vision, etc. Not just your average 5 yard off tackle run.

I LOVE the kick returns, especially the TD. Now THAT showed his breakawy speed and vision.

Just my 2 cents. I know he is a player. I would just load that film up with long, powerful TD runs, not just his average plays.

The second one was much better polster. I think that there could be a couple plays taken out but even the 5-10 yard plays show his quickness finding and getting through holes. Wait til you get all of the games and do them all at once just using all the big plays, I'm sure there will be plenty for a good Hi LIght video.

Definitely think the kid can play, but needs some real work on handling the ball. Tha Bank only ever sees him carry the ball in his right arm, and that is not good. It even appears that he compensates at times while running because he doesn't want to put it in his left arm. He has quick feet, changes directions well, and has pretty good speed, so that stuff is not an issue. If he learns to run with the ball under both arms, it will make him that6 much more dangerous if he learns to throw in a stiffarm!

Rumor has it Chase Cole had visitors from Michigan State checking him out the other night. More to come for him in the future. Most of Dillons best runs came from Chases ability to hold blocks and block down field.

Pollster: the boy looks great, you should be proud. You should probably feature some defense as well. Scouts will want to see his closing speed and ability to tackle. You should also invest in your own camcorder at this point and shoot your own video.

DM could esily could play D2, if he applies himself. I wouldn't count out a MAC D1 school depending on his acadmics either. Even though his size is not appealing, his ability to stop and go are excellent and he has incredible vision on the field. I could seriously see him playing some sort of Slot H Back or a Punt/Kickoff Return specialist. Its all up to him. He has god give talents and I really hope he pursues football at the next level.
