Registration for the 2009 Greater Cincinnati Boys' Powerlifting Challenge is underway at www.beatpersonaltraining.com. Registration ends on November 28th and can be completed online! The morning meet is for smaller schools and the afternoon meet is for larger schools. Custom medals for twelve different weight classes (1st-6th), sculpted trophies, and free t-shirts make this a cool event. Going to the "state meet" in Kenton exposes you to some nice lifters, but if we had representatives from most Cincinnati/N.KY schools we would have some serious competition. Event happens December 12th and would be a nice way to get the competitive juices going for your next phase of training. Let's find out who has the best lifters!
