The Suburbanite.. Not Fair or Balanced!!
The suburbanite continually published hate articals against our current trustee Vince Mealy before the election. I wrote a letter to Tamara Proctor of the suburbanite on the Nov. 24 with my concern how Bruce Killian voted down a measure to insure Lakemore Ohio would receive federal money to repair there crumbling infrastructure. She wrote back and said she will not publish any political pieces before the election. Three days later she printed a hate piece by Nora Rice supporting Bruce Killian and Nancy Rodriguez. Below you will find the actual email regarding this.

I wouild like to comment on the thanks but no thanks article. I feel Mrs. Funk has a great point. I have lived in Springfield for many years and have not even heard of Mr Killian untill he voted againt Lakemore getting the revitalization money with the Mayor of Akron. I am pretty sure there was six people who voted for Akron to take away the 33 million dollars from Lakemore residents and put a extra burden on the tax payers of Springfield township. How can a fiscal officer think thats fiscal. I am not saying Mr. Killian isnt a nice guy but you cant just keep giving to Akron..... from Jedd, to the revitalization project. Which now Lakemore`s sewers, water plant, roads are in shambles. Whats Next?..... does the Mayor of Akron need something else? My Votes and my familys will be for Vince Mealy and Debbie Davis. Keep up the great work! Larry Boso
This should concern people in the football comunity. Vince Mealy has done so much good with his support. He supported the youth football during the j-shack hearings and does keep all the stats every friday night for the high school.
