The Premier College Combines are a great way to be seen by college coaches. Players are assigned to teams by position. Each player will play in at least 3 - 15 minute games spread throughout the day in front of college coaches. Both Family First Sports Park and GaREAT Sports Complex are field turf fields with NO BOARDS. Each team consists of 5 field players and 1 goalkeeper. The college coaches will receive a resume book with a resume page for each participant.
The Sport Source will be putting on their The Sport SourceŽ Plan For Success Seminar for players and parents prior to the start of the Erie, Columbus, January, and Niles combine games. This is an excellent way for both players and parents to get a better understanding of the college soccer recruiting process.
The Sport SourceŽ will give you the honest truth on the Myths and Realities of the institutional side of the admissions process. Students and their parents will be given an inside look and learn how to take a proactive approach to the college recruitment process. Families are encouraged to work together to find out what it takes to get ahead. And students learn that highlighting their unique qualities can make a successful application.
There will also be a coaches panel where both parents and players are able to ask questions of the coaches.
Space is more limited this year than in the past. Do not wait. Last year we sold out earlier than ever before and had to turn players away. You can register online at www.collegecombine.com.
The seminar and the newest Edition of the The Sport Source Official Athletic College Soccer Guide, a $34.95 reference guide, is already included in your registration fee. This book includes detailed academic and athletic profiles for more than 1800 college soccer programs.
We already have commitments for representation from all 3 NCAA divisions as well as NAIA schools. We will provide each college with a book containing the resumes of each participant.
