SR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Kelloggs Cincinnati Bakery has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Manager. Primary responsibilities include: - Oversee the tracking of CI metrics and communication with corporate liaisons. - Driver of documented improvements in MMP and SMP Processes. - Manage the Operations Management Process (OMP), Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meetings driving actions to address issues or formation of Charter Teams. - Provide functional guidance to the Plant Employees on all continuous improvement methodologies such as Charters, Changeovers, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Lean processes (5S), Statistic Process Control, Process Stabilization, Kellogg Systematic Approach to Training, etc. - Communicate with the CI Managers within the Business Units to leverage best practices. - Identify roadblocks to the continuous improvement efforts and actively remove/reduce them or escalate to the appropriate level. - Identify and drive future strategies to deliver the Productivity Savings supporting the delivery of Plant Budget with Overrides. - Drives fact based decision making. - Manages projects or processes. - Acts independently and proactively works to influence others and implement change. - Owns/designs large projects or processes. - Trains employees at all levels of the organization in continuous improvement methods.
