This May, 212° Fitness wil be offering specialized youth speed training for 11-14 year old athletes. This speed trainging is great for ALL sports and is a must have for young athletes looking to step their game up another degree.

Dates: May 12 - June 18

Group A 5:00- 6:00 PM Group B 6:30 - 7:30 PM

IT'S TIME TO TURN UP THE HEAT!

Sessions are 1 hour in length, offering an energetic and
competitive environment for training that includes:
• Our signature dynamic stretch routine.
• Change of Direction Exercises.
• Linear Speed Exercises.
• Core Strengthening Exercises.
• Lower Body Speed-Specific Strength Exercises.

At 211°, water is hot. At 212°, it boils. With boiling water,
comes steam. Steam is used to power 102 ton locomotives, while hot
water has a hard time powering a cup of coffee.

One of your speed coaches will be Alex T Harbin.

Alex Harbin currently plays football for the College of Mount St. Joseph and is a defensive linemen and outside linebacker for the Lions. He will begin his senior campaign in 2009 and is looking to post another great season. Harbin is a 3 time All-Heartland Conference player, 1 time All-Region player, Lindy's Pre-season All-American, and OCF.com 1st Team All-Ohio award winner.

Growing up on the west side and living here his whole life, Alex has been a part of many youth organizations (Cincinnati Recreation Commission), youth sports camps ( Anthony Munoz and TJ Houshmandzadeh), and recently coach Visitation’s 7th grade A team in basketball (2008-2009 season).
He attended St. Aloysius on the Ohio for grade school and Played football for the St. Teresa Bruins and Dater Cougars before going onto Elder.

Alex graduated from Elder High School in 2004 where he played on both State Championship teams in 2002, and 2003 under head coach Doug Ramsey. He was All-GCL, All-District and received many other awards. Also, Harbin played four years of basketball for the Panthers under head coach Joe Schoenfeld.

Alex has worked with the Cincinnati Recreation Commission over the past six years, coaching, mentoring, and improving the skills of many young athletes. He is finishing up his Bachelors of Science in Sports Management and will be attending Graduate school to receive his Masters in Sports Management.
