New Lawyer, same result.
Magistrate dismissed the case and ruled in favor of Springfield Youth Football - BYF.
Hopefully this will all go away now, as this is the 3rd time the Courts have dismissed the case. Its time to start using Fundraiser money toward the kids and furnish them with new, safe Equipment for the 2009 season.

I really don't understand why the court keeps letting these guys file over and over. It not only cost the league and kids it cost the tax payers. Reminds me when the army was getting charged 300 dollars for a toilet seat. Somebody should be held responsible for this.

Should have been dismissed at Plaintiff's costs, including ALL lawyer fees.
