Fairfield and West 2 - 2

Fairfield and Lakota West battled to a 2 - 2 tie tonight at FF soccer stadium. West led 2 - 1 at half but FF equalized with under 10 minutes left in the game. Both keepers made some great saves and the strong wind was key as the team with the wind at their back won their respective half.

Fun game to watch with end to end action.

Strong wind? Seriously? it was barely blowing for half the game, and half the time it was going across the field.
But anyways, pretty even game from where i was standing. fairfield definitely had the run of play during the second half as they scrambled to equalize, but both teams had their opportunities. Fairfield seemed a little shaky in the back to me, especially in the first half.
West looks better than they did their first couple games.
