Fact: The Board did in fact vote Ed Ellis in as Director, by a 10 - 0 Vote, when previous Director quit on the Organization back in November.

Fact: The Board did vote to switch Leagues by a 10 - 0 Vote.

Fact: The BYF does not discriminate against any child, who wishes to participate in the sport of football

Fact: Sign up Registrations in the newly formed BYF-SYF League is at an all time high.

Fact: The School Administration recognized the BYF-SYF League as the football League of choice in Springfield/Lakemore, by granting the Lease of Schrop Field to the BYF-SYF organization.

fact: Ed Ellis coordinated National Youth Football Championship trip to Florida for SSYF after former director quit and ED was named by the same person as director until confirmed officially as director in march meeting by the Springfield Suburban Youth Football board per our by-laws and constitution.

fact: our board presided over multipul meetings as Springfield Suburban Youth Football organization before voting on change of direction to a blackstripe program we are still the same org. just playing in a different confrence..

fact: that SSYF's 501c3 had been expired since May of 2006 (thats 2 seasons with out one, last director filed with S.O.State was in 2001 Nate Woods) unknown to everyone involved until Ed Ellis filed our 2007 taxes and the organizations accountant notified him of such lapse he filed to have reinstated and notified board of such lapse and was later notified by the Secretary of State of Ohio that Bradford Hynde had expedited reinstatement to have 501c3 put in his name BH was never authorized to do this..

fact: Hurland Parker was not recognized or authorized by our board to perform any buisness for Springfield Suburban Youth Football. see dismissal on summit couty clerk of courts web site pertaining to injunction and TRO mentioned above...

fiction: that this is really helping our kids and our community at large....:confused:

This guy is like a shadow, very illusive. I think a snake has the same qualities.

Looking for volunteers for High School clean up and fence painting. Kevin Vaughn and the coaches are having a clean up day Thursday @4pm. If anyone could help please attend.

WOW - this guy is clueless...If he had a clue he would know that Ellet had many other options and chose to leave SYF.

However, it is not surprising since this same guy who cares so much about the youth in Springfield has been calling Ellet kids to come play for him. So if things were really that good over there would you really need to do this???

FYI....Its not working as I hear Ellets numbers are once again very good this year already!
