Predictions on conference champ in Buckeye div?
Top 10 players?
Will Loveland & Milford dominate again...who has the strongest returning team?
Rumor has it some major announcer changes coming for Milford boys varsity.

Radar not Milford. It will be Loveland, WW, Anderson in the Buckeye. Who really cares about D-2 soccer which is what the FAVC is. Everyone know Milford can't win the big games. Loveland puts the beat down on the Eagles every year. I think all of their losses last year where to GMC or GCL teams, those are considered D-1 teams. And the new red sweater vest announcer for Milford better get used to saying GOOOOAL for the visiting team. Milford's team is made up of players from the MTSC teams and not a single one of those players would get any time playing on any other club. Go panthers !!!

Thats a bit harsh white shoes... milford is the def. favorite to win the league this year with all of their returners their only weak part will be their defense. Loveland and Anderson will def give them a good run for their money esp. loveland if the new coach gets the team to come together and play the type of soccer they are capable of playing

Indian Hill (D2) beat Milford last year white shoes, they also beat Elder.

Exactly my point. Milford can't win the big games. Milford lost to a D-2 team in Indian Hill. The Eagles also got man handled by Elder who IH beat. Milford lost to Loveland 2 yrs in a row, both were big games. Thats why they again won't win the Buckeye.
THEY CAN'T WIN THE BIG GAMES.

You can't just say milford can't win the big game. In 04 they won the gmc, in 05, they got 2nd in the gmc to a very good fairfield team and also advanced far in the tourney winning four games, and since gmc is a "D1" conference , Milford can't be too bad, to be doing that good in that conference. 06 They had a good team just didn't get it together. Also last year, who made it farther in the tourney Milford, or Loveland? Milford did. Milford returns Most of its team, they have a good chance to win the buckeye, and have a solid chance at making a run at state.

Loveland does return 2 favc 1st teamers, and 2 favc 2nd teamers though, so they as well have a good chance.

I think Milford & Loveland are both going to be solid teams....the winner of their match will probably win the FAVC Buckeye although don't count out Winton Woods as a contender.

Milford, they return I believe 15 juniors, now seniors. They also have added Andy George from CHCA. This will be a very strong Milford team, and I expect them to win the FAVC

MHS Eagles will return 8 starters & have picked up very good player from CHCA. Not very deep, but one of the best midfields in the city. Last time I checked MTSC had more Premier teams combined than any other club in Ohio So. Milford & Loveland will battle for FAVC once again!

most of the milford kids are on Magic though, which is a very good MTSC team, or CSA?

Well Fairfield just played Turpin.I dont know but they were really small.Probably young i guess. We won i thing it was 5-1.They only had one shot but it was a terrible field and we were missing 2 of our 9 seniors. So im going to go with Milford for favc champs

Milford and turpin are in different divisions of the favc so both teams could win league titles by winning their respective divisions. the milford-turpin game is a cross-divison game that won't affect either team's league standings

this year don't count out Talawanda in FAVC--believe their record was 14-1-0 ?

We're talking about the Buckeye division and I know everyone is going to go psycho when I ask, but what about Cardinal? And even Scarlet?

Turpin's only lost one league game in the past four years, but they lost most of their starting lineup, and most of their size. In spite of that, I hope that people have learned in the past few years to stop counting Turpin completely out of things. Does Kings or Walnut Hills rise up to take over the division? Or does Turpin keep it's hold?

I don't know much about Scarlet, but does Talawanda follow up on a good season? And does Ross legitimately contend?

Talawanda isnt very good, Beavercreek's 2nd string beat them by 5 goals in like a 40 minute time frame..

not sure what may have happened, but knowing the coach from past experience, he won't show you "his hand" until it's time --lol. I think only time will tell.

It was 4-0 and Beavercreek had their starters in with only 2 subs. I dont know anything about Talawanda except their keeper looked small and inexperienced.

oh yeah, Talawanda may have lost their V keeper, may have to start new again. May be a tougher season for them, than first thought.

The only team I can see challenging Milford is Loveland. It will come down to the final game between the two again this year.

Lovelands record looks like it could use some improvement standing at 2-1-1 if they want to stand up to what some people are expecting from them. Winton Woods standin 3-0-0 at the top isn't anything to be proud of. good job beating amelia, middletown, and roger bacon. all weak programs. Milford just behind them at 3-0-1 having played some good and decent teams....GO EAGLES

Talawanda is down. I contacted friends from Oxford, their GK is out with head injury. They are starting a Freshman in goal.

no offense-but i have seen coach brown pull things out from "thin air" ! I hope the keeper with the head injury recovers soon. And I have seen some great freshmen gK's in the past 2 years ! Good Luck to Talawanda !

WW is 4-0-0 now after beating mighty NCH. :)

Lets see how they do on Thursday vs Anderson. I'm looking forward to hearing about that game.

Well, having seen Talawanda agaisnt Middletown last night the freshmen keeper made some freshmen mistakes. He came out too early on a ball which became Middletowns second goal. Talawanda had many more opportunities and should have come away with a W, but they did a terrible job of finishing.

Looks like MTSC Premier players are setting at #1 in the city, #5 in state, & a top their conference now. Go Eagles!!!
Varsity, JV A & B all unbeaten. Their club is obviously doing something right.

If you knew anything about what you are talking about, you would know that almost none of Milford's players play CUSL. Everyone plays Buckeye or MRL. Might want to do more research before making a dumb comment next time.

I think Milford will take the FAVC and beat loveland. After the loss last year with the controversial goal they are sure to be pissed and will want revenge. I've seen Milford a few times this year and I think they will make a good run in the tournament.
