As a Red Wings fan, I am a bit nervous as Detroit is still ailing from injuries and goal tending of late has not been that great. It would not surpise me to see Nashville upset Detroit in the opening round. Hopefully, that will not be the case and the NHL's #1 team can find the way to bring home the Stanley Cup.

Pittsburgh is looking good winning every game so far and going for the sweep tonight. Philly is putting it too Montreal which is surprising to me, I had Montreal making it to the Stanley Cup.....its not over but the Fat Lady is getting ready.

Detroit is trying to wrap things up with Colorado leading 3-0 in the series and winning for the 7th straight time against the AVES, these 2 teams used to be the most hated rivals of any team of any sport.....The REDWINGS have not lost since switching goalies (Osgood). San Jose scored late to keep the series alive against Dallas but still trails 3-1 in the series.

I was hoping for a Detroit/Montreal final....my dream matchup would be Detroit/Toronto but the Mapleleafs have been dead for a few seasons....

I was about to leave with the Pens up 2-0 on the Rangers, but the Rangers just scored 2 goals to tie it so I guess I'll stick around a bit.....

Detroit is up 2 games to none of Dallas, Game 3 should be interesting after the fiasco after game 2. I'm sure McCarty will want to "hit" somebody.....paybacks are heii (ask Claude Lemiuex)
