i bet Beavercreek wins their third straight gwoc title..centerville is goin to be a lil worse then last yr but still be ok, fairmont is goin to suck along with springboro, and well obviously springfield north will suck again cuz they are just are so bad..They only decent team in the Gwoc is Beavercreek, Wayne and Centerville. Beavercreek is just goin to dominate everyone..i bet they beat centerville 3-0 next yr and be wayne 3-0 too..

Actually Centerville will be much better. The reason being the coach last year felt he had to play his seniors instead of the best 11. The majority of his best players were juniors which he passed over for seniors. Now, if the same holds true with playing the seniors this year than Centerville will be much better. Beavercreek does not have a cake walk by any means. I'll bet on that.

i agree.
beavercreek will have to play very well to win the gwoc.
wayne, centerville, or beavercreek all have a ligatament shot at winning gwoc central.

After losing Gladden and Lempke, I'm not sure that Beavercreek will have much offensive "punch", other than Pollack. They may struggle.

Although they have a lot of returning juniors, I'm not sure that Beavercreek will be that strong. Pollack is a strong offensive player, but I'm not sure that they have anything else near as strong on offense or defense. And I hear that the goalkeeping situation is really bad. Should be interesting.

Their defense? They have the same back three returning from last year. Also, the soon to be seniors have all been playing together at some point in their youth for over 10 years. A very tight group of seniors. Anything less than a state championship would be disappointing. No pressure.

still don't think they will have the offense they had with Lempke and Gladden. Pollacks ok though.

Wasn't the leading scorers Hill and Pollock? Both seniors this year.

Yes, Pollock and Hill were the #1 and #2 scorers respectively.
Noah Zimmerlin was 3rd and will be the only full 4 year varisty player on the team (Pollock was brought up about 2/3 of the way throug his Freshman year). Colin Greer will be a threat as will TJ Badiru who had two of the biggest goals last year for the Beavers. Justin Circle and Kyle McCray will also be scoring threats for 'Creek. There are also juniors who will be on varsity this year who crushed their competition last year who will contribute to the scoring.
CreekAlum06 and SoccerBarnes...you must not realize that Pollock, Hill, Zimmerlin, Eakins and Mayhew all had more goals than Lempke and then Circle and Greer had more than Gladden. Most of Mayhew's goals were PKs, but those count the same as other goals. Lempke and Gladden were vital to the Beavers success last year because they were both phenomenal at getting the ball to their teammates at the right place, at the right time, but they did not carry the load as far as goal scoring is concerned.
The Creek defense was stingy last year and the only thing that could be an issue is that Phil Wagner has struggled with injuries during club season. If he can get completely healed by August, defense will not be a concern.
I've read a lot about worries about Drain and Koroscil. If neither of them looks like they will be the guy, the Guilianos have Dorn (a junior) and Holl (a sophomore) waiting to be given a chance. I personally believe that fitness and finding the right goalie will be the thrust during the pre-season.
Creek has not forgetten the sting of losing to Elder last year and the way it happened. The Beavers will be a team on a mission. It's gonna be fun to watch.

If I'm not mistaken there will be no Springfield North next year, it will just be Springfield... They're combining aren't they?
