Great job. It was a story of two halves. This team looked bad in half 1 and awsome in half 2.
I believe Katy is going to replace SLC as the "team to beat" in TX HS Football. I think SLC had a nice run but its over. I can not see Wasson leading them where they need to go. Great job Katy.

I think Katy has won enough State titles to qualify as a dynasty already. Will they go on a run like SLC did? Probably not, but I doubt if any team will again.

Is it safe to say Trinity is the best team in the Dallas metroplex?

Looks like Trinity will be top dog in the metroplex and Katy will be continue to be top dog in the greater Houston area. Permian may be making a resurgence in West Texas. Dsitrict 26-5A teams will continue to rule South Texas. Longview and Lufkin will continue to be the eams to beat in East Texas.
