I am not. Most of this is determined by how high you finish in your All State Voting and unfortunately he just didn't finish high enough.

Then how do they determine amongst divisions? In Ohio there are three divisions...How do they determine which players from what division will be all American and other states won't have the same number of divisions as Ohio.

We get some many All-Americans (based on the number of coaches that join the NSCAA). They take the top few from each division, I would guess(or atleast it appears so--Nick Blevins D3 POY and Stefan Latham finished 2nd).
