This came up on the Texas site's national board. On a thread addressing "best footballl states per capita" an Ohio poster pointed out that certain smaller Southeastern states do well due to demographics. At which point he was called racist. Which he isn't.

Anyway, the following is a fascinating study. please read it keeping in mind that different does not mean better nor worse.

Interesting article indeed. And the results of these studies come at no surprise when you look at the demographics of various sports played around the world. Thanks for the link concha.

Perhaps upper body strength, an attribute of Europeans per the study, is relatively more important than quickness in the heavyweight division?

I started a thread on former SLC QB Chase Daniel and his accomplishments at Mizzou and the thread was transfered almost as quickly has it came out.

Now we get some thread about "The Amazing Success of Black Athletes," And it appears likely to stay for discussion.

I think someone has a personal agenda or bias or something.

Amazing!

Maybe because there is a college board, but no race board?

In any case, interesting and that's all i have to say about that.
