They don't show the good highlights of the game and The announcer doesn't keep up with the video toward the end of the game, but its pretty decent coverage.

Here are a couple I ran across this AM. The video is some dude with a camcorder, but the editing is pretty good for what it is.

It is from the Plano-Allen game, one of the bigger games in the DFW area and all of Texas for that matter.
