Congratulations to the Springfield Youth Varsity Football Team. Over the weekend, they wrapped up the Division 2 Championship with a hard fought win over Tallmadge, 14 - 12. With this win they recieve a Bye in the first round of the Playoffs. Over the next 2 weeks, they will finish out the regular season with games against Green and Cuyahoga Falls.

On top of this, the Varsity squad will making a trip to Daytona Beach to compete for a National Championship. :clap:

Come out and support these boys and girls as they continue their quest for the Suburban Youth Championship.

That was a heck of a game that was contested all the way up to the very last play, when Tallmadge had the ball on "about" the Springfield 20 yard line.

Springfield deserves to have a class of kids that can come up and win some games. Cross your fingers, maybe this is the class. Good luck.
