Stay below the hole and you'll have some putts that you can take a run at.

You will also be able to bounce the ball into almost every green, as it is an old-style course. Take the yardage, subtract 10-12 yards, and you'll be in good shape.

Good luck.

Ahh a bump and run course. my kind of place. does it play anything like other 1920's cincy courses i.e. hamilton elks, hyde park, mac and avon?

I'm not incredibly familiar with those other courses.

At Clovernook, try and stay oriented to where SOUTH is...if you have any confusion on putts, local knowledge says that College Hill is a definite influence and things will move down that way.
