A little help from my friends

Gents i have a tournament on Friday June 1st and i have two small problems. One I jammed my wrist two years ago and it is getting worse making it harder for me to release the club head leading to a small fade instead of my normal draw. Does anyone know of a good wrist brace that wont be real restrictive of my wrist movements and secondly my back is acting up and i cant make my normal turn how can i keep my distance up without making a good size turn?
