How can you call him "another ok DII Player?" He won state as a junior and was runner up this year, might i remind you the Jack Nicholas is the only player ever to win back to back state championships, and how can you bash on someone when you can't even spell their name right? It's Jarryd Lentz .

How can you call someone ed when you cant even spell jack NICKLAUS right?? God forbid someone spelled jarryd with an e like most people do.

Because yea you would think people who are ed wouldnt make fun of their own kind but the talent and competition of D-I blow D-2 out of the water unless you can tell me that districts at weather wax the D-2 scores were better than that of D-I and yet i might add that the day of the D-I districts there was 50 mph wind
any one else that played in that ---- want to vow for that.
i go to st x and it indeed was very windy that day, but i didnt think the course was playin that tough. i think moe and st x have a huge advantage at districts because for the gcl tourney we play the black tees so when we get to district the course is obviously shorter but seems even shorter because we play the blue tees during district.

Yea that course from the black plays way harder from than from the blue tees that is a big advantage jumping from balck to blue.

Michael Drobnick - Hilliard Davidson - Miami (OH)
It seems Davidson has been turning out some pretty good individual golfers lately. CJ Gatto is doing well out at UNLV. He's rated the 50th best collegiate player in the country by Golf Week.

I think Hilliard turning out a lot of good players has a lot to due with the open enrollment of the Columbus schools. The same reason for many years to come the best golfers will go Dublin Jerome. Hilliard is a pretty large area and I think you can choose which Hilliard school to go to. Really all of the good golf school have a lot of good players in college just due to the fact that there are 10 times as many good golfers in Columbus as there are in Cincinnati.

bc doesnt give golf scholarships but the coach said he would have a spot on the team if he decided to go there, and hes going there
ffgolf53
04-29-07, 05:30 PM
i knew daly was talkin to maryland thats sweet.. is boston college solid golf wise? i know its a great school but not giving golf scholarships could make it difficult to bring in the talent like other big D1 schools.
cincygolfer1234
04-29-07, 09:53 PM
maryland and boston college are pretty much buried at the bottom of the acc. both went 10th and 11th at the ACC Championships this season. with maryland finishing 32 shots out of 9th and bc finishing 35 shots out of 9th. maryland was 56 shots off the lead.
maryland will probably be worse next year as their best player by far leaves.
that being said both are d1 schools in a major conference
does anyone know a dollar amount on either daly's or reinhold's sholcarships.
lilbrave05
04-30-07, 10:36 AM
does stewie have the length to play d1?
TheEture
04-30-07, 10:45 AM
I have play with him once and i didnt think was very long but considering i hit it about 290 to 310 off the tee anything would feel short.
