This game is insane. Keuchel and Kershaw, and the fat zone this ump has, and you'd think a 4-2 game.......but not so much :laugh:
 
Crazy, the game is still going on. The people of Houston have been entertained by their NFL and MLB baseball teams' offensive explosions.

So...Gurriel has hit a few homers as well, you want him over Votto?? Stop being goofy EP...oh, but you're just being yourself.

Pedersen had a terrible season. I'd take Billy everyday.

I'm shocked there hasn't been more comments on this...but then again, we are now conditioned not to have opinions on anything racial.

I'm half Japanese, I've never been offended by things like that. The whole issue is silly. I really like how Darvish has handled this and wish some others would follow his lead. Manford was stuck because he was forced by the PC police to do "something". Many actually thought he should be suspended for the next game of the world series???
As a nation. we really need to stop enabling people to be weak and thin skinned. We now have a generation of people who get offended by the smallest things.
And another point, can we get the cameras out of the dugouts?? Really? Do we need to see every little thing these guys do on the sidelines and dugouts? This is harmless, Darvish wasn't offended nor should he be, let's move on.

Silly Gurriel mistake aside, this has been an amazing Series. Had to go to bed Sunday, missed a lot of the craziness.

I had Astros in 6. Let's go Verlander! All you "Dodgers in 5 or 6" people. thanks for playing.
 
Yankees have their eyes on up to 25 candidates for manager :laugh:

Phillies also hired Gabe Kapler of all people. That one was definitely out of left field. And the only job left is the Mets, so it looks like Girardi will be be taking a year off. Hopefully he goes to ESPN, he'd be a great tv analyst imo

I agree with you both - very fun series. Lots of young players getting very hyped to win. Love it.
 
Pretty excited to have a game 7, and yes, lots of new faces getting exposure. Interesting that this Dodger team, one game from winning the world series, is un-Dodger, un-big market like. They have mostly a bunch of young, unknown players.

:laugh: The Dodgers have a $250m payroll, it’s like $40m+ more than the closest team (the Yankees).
 
Glad to see the Astros able to pull out the World Series in 7. If it wasn't the Indians, they were the next team I wanted to win it.
