Eat real food (unprocessed meats, fruits and vegetables plus some grains here and there) and no artificial crap. For exercise run (I prefer interval training with some intensity rather than pure distance) and lift some weights also if you want.

Assume all research from the FDA was funded by a lobbyist

This isn’t exactly a shocker, but the COVID “truthers” took the WHO comments out of context.

“We in the World Health Organization do not advocate lockdowns as the primary means of control of this virus. The only time we believe a lockdown is justified is to buy you time to reorganize, regroup, rebalance your resources, protect your health workers who are exhausted, but by and large, we’d rather not do it.”

Hopefully Donald sees this and finally begins treating the virus like the threat it really is. Funny how trumplicans don't care about cv-19 until Trump (possibly) wins a second term, and they lose their health insurance because of a pre-existing condition.

Not having insurance did not put them into poverty. Poverty led to no insurance which led to the state picking up the bill via medicaid.

A middle class person with high medical bills can go thru bankruptcy to get financial relief while protecting their assets. That's the very nature of bankruptcy protection.

It is astonishing how uninformed he is on everything he post about.
