Here's one i just thought of...Daryl Robinson CHS c/o 1999
I know he signed with Miami (OH.) Guy was a beast. He was in the backfield with BJ Askew and was a heck of a back. In previous years he carried the ball along with BJ Askew and FB Nick Fenner.

Here's one...where is Trae Clark? I know he commited to OU, and was on the 2012 roster. Pretty sure he redshirted, and I think they wanted him to work on getting in better shape. But as of now, he's no longer on the roster.
