Bye week - the Saturday before our own invitational. oOr invitational is the first Saturday in October.
 
Woodridge goes every Saturday except Labor Day Weekend (This Weekend) Will run next Tuesday in a small meet with some long time rivals. Will run a Tuesday "Super Duals" meet for the league. 12 meets overall with Regional and State included.
 
We usually run every Saturday during the regular season, save one off week. We try to align that off week with homecoming each year, as we've found the kids to be tired and distracted. We'll do a 3200 time trial or workout that morning instead then get kids off to hair appointments, etc.
