Div. VI Semi:

Can someone explain why McComb (13-0) has to travel about 50 miles and Maria Stein (11-2) has to only travel about 25 miles? Wapak is a virtual home game for Marion Local, wouldn't Lima have been a more fair venue for travel distance?

a bid has to be put in as well, and the deciding factor is not only distance from each....

Not sure why they do these things. In 08 ML had to play Liberty Benton in Findlay. But McComb players and there fans should like the stadium.

I don't think Lima put in a bid for it because the people there weren't too thrilled about having 2 games on thanksgiving weekend from talking to them last night while doing the LB/PH game. Wapak saw that Marion is a draw so that's probably why they put in to get them again.

Can you get tickets for the Mentor/Whitmer game at Mansfield HS or do they have to go from one of the schools?

Really? The first-world problems some of us suffer.

I think that the Aurora & Toledo CC needs to move. Not sure on Sandusky but it has to be bigger then Huron. Also Mansfield is 14,000 and is about 2 hours from Toledo and 1-1/2 from Aurora. Plus Ashland about the same.
