Final Comments:
Our team has been one of, if not the hardest working team we have had here over the last five years. Our guys are excited to build off of the last two years 9-2 teams. The strength of this years team will be the offensive and defensive line as well as our experience at our skill positions (particularly our wide receivers).

No Unioto fans on here? I would very much like to see them win a playoff game this year! That should be the goal this season after two years of bad draws.

I saw the Sherman Tanks last year for the first time and I was impressed. However, I fail to see your stated goal of bad draws. Hell, they were a 2 and 3 seed the past two years and with that draw they should have had two home playoff games. Granted Massie is a bust in that hypothesis....but Urbana? Really?. They were 4th out of 6 in their conference division and smoked by their lower-level (small school) conference divisional opponent week 12. I doubt you can find another team in OH that would complain about a 2/3 regional seed and thinking it is a bad draw. Maybe R15 is better for them this year but there are some hosses in that region as well.

I went to the Miami Trace scrimmage last Saturday
You said that already, :ROFLMAO: ...Input on how they look? MT can be a hit or miss but does not say anything. Where do you think they stack up against West Holmes, Ready, IV, St. C or Waverly (i guess we'll see week 3), even Gallia Academy?

I am removed and would like some insight to R15.

@Burreaux, whatcha got brother down in the south..easternish OH?

I say Unioto is a top 8 and maybe hits the top 4 in the region but I am only spitballing.

Miami Trace handled Unioto pretty well it was 20 - 0 before called by lighting. They looked decent in some areas. Looks like they have a good qb. THis is Traces year so its hard to evaluate Unioto . I would say not in top 8 of region

Okay, now I something to work with. Decent is a way forward for them and IMO, their schedule stacks up well for them considering they only play two D4 teams and the rest are well, the rest. I"ll stand by they are a top eight team....I see their region as the fourth best at this time.

As far as MT, R12 for Trace may not be the year you think it will be. I look forward to the Waverly game in week 3 to get a better grip. However, Bellefontaine, CJ, Tipp, Wapak and London may put a damper on your hopes and dreams.

As posted in this Unioto loses their signal caller who had an exceptional career. Big shoes to fill and replace someone like that. From what I’ve gathered they’re going to be in contention to win their league with Paint Valley. As far as where the will end up in R15 I could see anywhere from 10 seed at worst and 4 at best.

Gallia Academy from everything I’ve heard is just a whirlwind, new coach having graduated a good class last year not sure what to expect so I don’t see them as a big player in R15

Waverly is replacing a stud RB and almost their offensive and defensive lines. While the QB is returning as well as an underrated WR in the area those are the only true bright spots. Could be a long season for the Tigers but could also be one where they exceed expectations.

Logan Elm has what I believe is one of the top QBs in the SEO region however they’ll be replacing a lot of his weapons as far as production goes I think they’re the best team from SEO in R15.

Dude, your infomation is golden. Yes, you have an all everything RB to replace but from what I have seen of your squad in years past, they will meet expectations. You are no longer in R16, which is a beast this year but R15 won't be a cake walk either.

Hmmm, LE...I really did not think of them as a top tier but I would never underestimate them in the grand scheme.

D4 is loaded and racking and stacking the divisions I see R13, R16, R14 then R15. I am usually wrong in this sort of game but....

Good luck and thanks for the info.

In the one off chance Waverly has been in R15 in the past most recently in 2019 this region is much watered down without the likes of Stuebenville, Bishop Hartley, Sheridan, and Bloom-Carroll compared to R16 which is much more tougher. We shall see that’s the beauty of this game! Thankfully just a day way from the season beginning!

One week at a time and we can hash out the region later. Good luck to you and your Tigers. Waverly is a class act.

Unioto has certainly improved their program in recent years but playing in a very weak conference has really hurt them come playoff time the last 2 seasons. They do return most of the interior lines on both sides of the ball and a bulk of their skill kids but still trying to figure out who will replace that talented QB they lost. They did beat Paint Valley last year but PV now has CB number of 26 so that may be a tall task this year. Scrimmaging Miami Trace is a good thing for them.

I was being polite……. The bad draw was being in R16 the last two years. C’mon. Getting Massie the first round when you are a 2 seed. That is rough.. Big difference between playoffs and regular season and Urbana and Massie both have a hell of a lot more playoff experience.
