Christmas Eve - As Don Draper says it is all about the anticipation because once you get it you always want more. Bonus points for great ethnic meal.

New Years Day - NCAA football junkie and that day is like Blue Magic.

Thanksgiving - Start of a four day weekend where everyone comes home.

Memorial Day - The start of summer.

Halloween - Could do with out the goofy adult costumes but now the best (college) drinking holiday and I get to raid the kids candy.

Thanksgiving - Food, Family, Alcohol...all the good stuff and none of the work, stress, and $$$ that Christmas has.

Memorial Day - Agree with Auggie...start of summer.

New Year's Day - CFB & Food Fest.

July 4 - If it falls on a 3-day weekend.

Halloween - Grown-up fire pit with beer/food in the cul-de-sac.

New Years Eve and Christmas are at the bottom of my list.
