NFL should have stepped in and replaced the steelers with the Bengals. steelers have lost 4 in a row Bengals won 5 in a row including back to victories over playoff teams. Definitely would have been better tv and better ratings. As for the game Balt. just has to stop the lob pass along the sideline the only throw Wilson is capable of throwing as he is too short to see downfield.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Cause that's what we want, the NFL to just step in an place whomever they want into the playoffs. To h*ll with the rules.

You want to reward a lesser team for their poorer performance over the course of the year?

Why play the games if you want it to be a popularity contest?

Steelers actually outscored the Bengals in 2 head to head matchups. Bengals were one bad pass and possibly one dropped pass from losing to them twice, once when their D gave up 500+ yards and then on a probable walk off FG by the NFLs best kicker.

Better ratings? From the Bengals!?! A team with virtually zero fans outside Cincinnati?
Super Bowl 56 was the 3rd least as far as ratings (36.9) Who Dey nation is ' who dey??' outside of SW Ohio

To be fair they have some fans in N.KY and 10 miles into SE Indiana.

Bengals are better viewing with Burrow than steelers. Bengals in 2022 drew an average of almost 20 mill viewers per game vs steelers less than 15 mill. There are facts and then are stupid steelers opinions. https://www.sportico.com/business/media/2023/nfl-tv-ratings-report-cbs-fox-nbc-1234701217/
In fact CBS biggest draw that year was the Bengals/cowboys game week 2 with over 27.5 mill. viewers.

That’s CBS biggest draw. You do realize the NFL also has broadcast partners Fox, NBC, ABC, Netflix, ESPN, Peacock.

The universality you have failed to mention is 10-7 and 9-8. Winning/losing has consequences. Enjoy the Ravens-Steelers game tonight
