Massillon excellent D covering some mediocre offensive play. Benedictine ran 68 plays on offense but had 3 INTs.
South fell behind 2 scores before waking up and scoring 29 straight
STA beat Rootstown while protestors gathered outside the stadium because of a controversy over a fired coach.
Jackson rolls up 400 total yards against CCC
Northwest rolls again with defense forcing 4 Manchester TOs. Jordan Mick ran for 2 scores and threw for 2 more.
Hoover rushes for 244 and throws for 226 and score 24 unanswered points in the 4th quarter

Jackson rolls up 400 total yards against CCC
As I've said before, I totally respect the CCC program and its accomplishments. Having said that, D-1 Jackson has no business playing them year after year (at one time, it might have made sense but there is just too much of an enrollment and competitive disparity now). The program needs more big games to prepare for McKinley and Week 11, not a bunch of D-2, 3 and below schools...it will always play third fiddle to Basketball and Baseball unless things change.

Player of the Week for Week 4 has to be Josh Lemon. 285 yards and 3 TDs in a clash of unbeatens. Perry takes control of the Fed with a strong O-line and Lemon's speed/power combo. Once again Perry's going to be a tough out.
