The Naismith Basketball Hall-of-Fame is an all-inclusive HOF for basketball. Does the NBA and it's players deserve an exclusive HOF without the others level of basketball included?

I guess one hall of fame is ok. There is a separate National Collegiate hall of fame for basketball.
