I used to play pickup basketball at those courts once in a while back in college. Kind of stunning to watch the video.

From the comments in the video, it seems to me that the guy with the rifle was angry over a game of dice and probably lost a decent chunk of money.

Pretty certain the tall kid in the video is/was a recent local star. Smalls could identify better.
