This actually is a neat concept with good questions, although I do think question's #1 and #2 are hokey in that they're subjective with no real metric on which to rate conferences. It would probably be wiser to fine-tune them into How Would You Rate "School Spirit, Game Environments, Conference Pride..." For Your Conference and Nearby Conferences.
