8-man is basically 11-man rules, just 3 fewer players on an 80x40 field instead of 100x53.3.

Instead of 7 on the line, you need 5. Everything else is basically the same.

You usually don't see anything like this in 8-man. 6-man is where all the rule changes happen and scores can be ridiculous (I saw a state title in Texas end 100-70)
