Just curious of what some of you think about this season. I know the Parks drama is still up in the air. Can the Red Riders still make a run at the playoffs without him?

Actually it isn’t at all.
Heard he was living in Massillon this summer. He is an amazing talent if he suits up for the Tigers would be another piece to what looks like a great team.

Of course it would also be the 2nd time they got a kid from Orrville after the Red Riders got a ring. ( How did that workout last time?). Will say that this one is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the last. And Parks would still be able to beat Wooster again (assuming a full season).

Pretty sure Parks is done at Orrville. If he plays elsewhere, remains to be seen. Orrville without him will be on the opposite side of the thumpings more often than not.

Even if they have parks they’ll need better coaching to get further. Oak Harbor coached circles around Orrville in the second half of that regional championship game.

It’s cold there’s freezing rain and our QB doesn’t have a great arm. Let’s air it out guys and take the ball away from the best player in the field. A brilliant strategy.

PAC is not a bad conference at all for D4-D5 schools. As far as playoff success goes, it has to be one of the best in the state for schools that size.

Only reason a Tiger fan is on here is to rub it in that they got Parks. Otherwise they wouldn't be caught dead talking D4/5 football.

Orrville fans - anyone know if they will try to actually schedule a game for Week 1 since Wooster isn't playing? Also, don't they have a Cleveland team on the schedule for Week 2? That probably won't happen either.

STA is also presumed to be open week 1, so in theory would that be a compatible game for Orrville? Saw tape of STA last year — would imagine they’d size up comparable to a Parks-less Orrville. Especially if indeed STA is resurging in enrollment and any more defections from McKinley.

Parma Padua is scheduled for Week 2.

Kind of late into the year to be questioning weather a player is transferring or not. Does anybody have hard-core proof of where Parks is going to be playing this season?
