I had thought that new regions would be drawn up after those teams that opted in to the playoffs was determined. These regions do not give me that impression. Division 5 for example. What if only 14 opt in from 17 and 23 from 18 opt in. Will the winner of 17 have a week or two byes before 18 finishes?

How are they gathering points I see on Joe Eitel which I’m guessing are for seeding?

The points are there for fun. No requirement or instructions to use them for seeding. That said, some coached may use them

Yep. If it stays as it is, R3 and R4 will have their two bottom seeds playing in week 7 and all others sitting at home.

West Geauga (D3 to D 2, per OHSAA)

Don’t know about Bowsher but West Geauga is probably due to the merger with Newbury.

I like D2 regional finals of Hoban vs Benedictine in R5, Avon vs Toledo CC in R6, Massillon vs Olentangy in R7 and LaSalle vs Winton Woods in R8. Hoban the overall favorite.
