Not sure who even votes for the NEO Team. Is anyone aware of how the process works? Arguably two of Poland's best players received zero recognition. I don't get it.

Overall, you had 31 players from the conference get recognized. They were all well deserving but some guys that should have gotten something off the top of my head:

Coaches have to nominate players, then the writers vote on it. Coaches order their kids on who they think is most deserving and provide stats etc.

Maybe I missed his name, but I didn't see Tyler Canfield (lineman) from Poland on the list anywhere. That is a huge miss.

Yeah it is kinda flawed but I'm not sure of a better way. The writers don't have a clue about teams and players that they don't cover, other than hearsay and word of mouth that is. Some coaches eirther don't sumbit players or lie about their stats.

There is a kid that plays for Poland ironically with the last name of Canfield, that is who he means I think. lol

You're behavior is confusing. You don't want him to say that he can compete in that conference? Did you want him to come in and say "we cant keep up with these schools that are SOOOO much bigger than us!"
