MSFT reportedly looking to buy the US portion of TikTok. If this happens it would be interesting to see what TikTok looks like in 10 years.
Very dumb social media apps teenagers use to make idiotic short videos dubbed with music.Don't know what either of those things are....
TikTok US operations are valued at 50 billion dollars. FB has a value of 750 billion, get the picture. How is TikTok any difft than Vine?
Trump is banning the app tomorrow. Hell yeah
????????????????????????????????????
Zoomers who are too dumb to realize the glaring privacy concerns of a Chinese spy app are probably too lazy to vote anyway. This ownsI don't have the app but I think it might be a bad move on his part in an election year. You have a large part of the younger vote who live on there
And yes, it's sad people's vote might be influenced over a social media app
It's not. Vine was for millennials and tiktok for the kids nowHow is TikTok any difft than Vine?

Trump is very vindictive and this is probably his reasoning for banning tiktok : https://www.newsweek.com/tiktok-donald-trump-aclu-1522132Oh yea, I forgot, Tik Tok started a movement to get tickets for his Tulsa Rally then didn't show up. They were expecting a huge crowd.
You’re assuming they vote, which is a bad assumptionTheir vote counts the same as ours
That’s never actually been proven.Zoomers who are too dumb to realize the glaring privacy concerns of a Chinese spy app are probably too lazy to vote anyway. This owns
I agree. Definitely a smart idea for China to go after people under the age of 25Zoomers who are too dumb to realize the glaring privacy concerns of a Chinese spy app are probably too lazy to vote anyway. This owns
We need decentralized social media platforms to stop the nsaAs much as I'm not much of a TikTok person, I wonder what the slippery slope effect could be if the Government can totally ban a social media platform.
I'm for the banning, but just kind of curious what butterfly effect might end up looking like.
I can't imagine being so dedicated to a political party or leaning that it ultimately consumes ones sense of individuality and scrubs clean all sense of authentic thoughts/opinion.
