Mentor D1 District

Looked at all 5 pages and could not find a thread about it. Kind of surprising since its the second best D1 district. Anyone willing to give an updated breakdown, everyone should be a the weight they will be wrestling at.

Thanks!

Jaron Robertson did not certify at 120. Him or Moss at 126. DeShon Johnson then at 132. Melvin Johnson at 138 or 145. Richie Robertson at 152.

Seems like there will be a lot of changes as kids get into the right weight.
Good move by Richie getting to 152, I think he will place higher at states. This also opens the door for Roper to place at states at 160. He can get down at either weight but places higher at 160 in c-bus.

I do not believe Roper places, unless he gets some offense. Never took a shot against Robertson. Wish him well, but I just don't see it.

NOT TO CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS OR ANY HEATED DEBATES, but did you see Roper at L.E.L?

LEL? Let's face it, not very good. Enlighten me. Who has he beaten? Hasn't wrestled the competition he's going to see. I wished him well, however, I don't see him placing. Need a tissue?

Didn't mean to start an argument. I just felt that with Richie at 152 Roper will place higher at districts and turn that into a low place in C-bus. I don't think he places in states at 170. Roper has been to states before so his goal should be to get to the podium which happens at 160.

I jumped the gun here. I guess you can make scratch weight for sectionals. Look for Jaron Robertson to be at 120. Almost on after practice today.

Let's be happy or content with what these young men DO accomplish, not what they could've done or who they could've beaten. Richie Robertson is a beast, Rynell's not bad either. Both are good wrestlers in their own respect. And thanks for the wishes lol. I wish the same to all of your wrestlers as well. See you all at districts.

(BTW, did you see Euclid and Maple sitting around the mats at L.E.L's? That's how it should be, tension-less and respectful. Let's give each other respect and good wishes.)
