In a game that was not supposed to be close turned out to be a good game to watch. U. Mass Lowell (7-4) moved to 6-0 at home with their 7-point win over Long Island University (4-8). The Sharks kept in close with Malachi Davis (Toronto, ON) leading the way with 16 points and 3 steals. For the game, the Sharks hit just 37.3% of their shots from the floor. For the River Hawks, Quinton Mincey (Upper Marlboro, MD) 20 points, 3 assists, and 3 boards led the way. The victorious River Harks hit 41.2% from the floor.
