New bremen with a solid W over Celina last night. I’m impressed with the consistency of this team and improvement.

What happened to Coldwater against St.Marys,I thought Coldwater was playing some good ball here lately or is St Mary's starting to put it together

Coldwater is 5 - 0 in league play but just 4 - 6 in non-league play. Coldwater plays lot of WBL schools, 3 - 4 vs WBL with two of those wins' vs Celina. The Riders are 5 - 0 vs the MAC this year.

I think Versailles has a chance to beat Coldwater tonight. The Cavs appear to be somewhat inconsistent - if they play to their potential, they will likely win.

But if they have another off night, the Tigers probably have a fairly good chance.

Don't mean to get off topic, but the ML vs Parkway girls game last night was a dandy - ML played well and came out on top in a very close contest 51-48.

Parkway's Gabrielle Stober was really impressive - ML focused on her defensively (and the Panther offense was just a bit stale and predictable), yet she scored 26 points. Good athleticism, excellent ball handling skills, nice touch on threes and mid-range shots too.

Attendance was high ... and the tournament-like atmosphere made for a good experience for the fans.

second or third game Richard has scored over 30.... and the freshman from DJS hit his scoring average...some good young players coming up thru the league!!

I was impressed with DSJ vs Versailles last weekend, particularly with Elwer. The Jays' 4-guard lineup is tough.

So it's impressive that Minster, with several big contributors out, took the Jays to the wire - good job Cats!

Prayers to NK boys involved in a car accident last night. 2 players suffered injuries, non life threatening, so that is good. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Is Elwer that good? As good as advertised? I’ve only seen him once
Teams come out and focus on him and are very physical and he still puts up numbers.

Here are his stats through 14 games and standings in the MAC:
23.3 PPG (1st)
• 8.4 RPG (6th)
• 3.5 APG (3rd)
• 45.6% 3PT (4th)
• 84.5% FT (5th)
