He is not really that engaged as a coach sometimes, but I wonder how he would have been in Cleveland if LeBron had not left for Miami. Given LBJ's desire to lead, Scott would have at least looked more successful in Cleveland with him still here, and the drafts would have been far different. Not a Byron fan, either way. He needs to leave coaching.
