Moeller and La Salle tend to avoid each until the regional final when they can. They have met three times in the regional final. Moeller won in 2010, La Salle won in 2011, and Moeller won in 2017

Lancer next travel to Winton Woods on Monday 1/13 to play the warriors. It will be interesting to see how the Lancers respond after a tough loss, their first of the season, against Moeller.
 
Lancers proved that they can go toe to toe with anyone in the state. They will certainly be a threat in the GCL-S and when the playoffs roll around.

If you were at the game it was hard to figure out what the coaches plan was for the last minute. It was obvious that he was outcoached by Kremer. He even admitted to the fact. Why did he not just let them play as they had been doing because they had the momentum??? if you look at statistics trying for the last shot does not work over 70% of the time..................

WW should not be a difficult game ( if they have their heads back on straight ) however X is currently an outlier since X has not been good lately but this year looks like they have put the pieces together. That is going to be another difficult game for LS on Friday

Totally agree, momentum was all on the Lancers b/c they were down a few in the final minute and stormed back to be down 2 with the ball back. Should've scored or try and caused a foul instead of waiting for almost a whole minute to shoot.
 
But you have to take note of the Lancer's progress from last year when they played Moeller at home last year. It was a blood bath losing 71-33. Lancers have taken a ginormous leap and have made extraordinary progress from last season.
 
That sounds like the East Central score- 84-37.
St. Xavier game on Friday is at La Salle which should help the Lancers. Since X lost its first two games on the road at Princeton by 2 and at Lakota East by 6, They've reeled off 9 straight wins, potentially another barn burner on Friday. Friday's game coming as it does after the Moeller game should tell us just how good St. Xavier is. Are they for real or not?

Coach Goedde is not Dan. he is in charge of the program and should run it the way he feels best. Dan had a knack for knowing how to handle stalling and last second shots and most the time did rather well. he has some very good as on his team and should use them all 32 minutes. As Gen. Patton used to say offense always offense it"s the best way to win

my mistake .....as . should be players. Don't let Moe's defense beat you next time..... Take it to them for the whole game!!! Go Lancers

Lasalle is such a tough place to play that i'm not very optimistic we come out with the win, but it'll be interesting to see how competitive we are. looking forward to it

Well hopefully tonight’s game is the outlier that every team needs after a tough loss. They didn’t look very sharp and up against a good team could’ve been a different outcome. Hopefully they’ll be back to where they should be Friday night. Go Lancers

Lancers are playing three times this week, also play Colerain on Sunday at 1:15 in the King Classic Midwest at Middletown.

And then next week they have Hamilton, At Elder and Oak Hills, Elder and Oak Hills will probably bring a large cheering sections making the eniviorment hostile and all 3 teams are strong at their own regard
 
GCLS schedule shows Oak Hills game at La Salle which makes sense since we played at Oak Hills last year.
